Jim O'Connell has lived in the Cincinnati area nearly all of his life. He built a 40-year career as a business consultant and commercial real estate investment broker, closing hundreds of transactions totalling over $12 billion. He and his teams have negotiated and completed all levels of sales transactions, from local, private market "Main Street" assets to complex, institutional-quality holdings with nine-figure values. After leaving the corporate brokerage business, Jim continued to offer consulting services. In 2024, Jim read a profile of JT Harp in the Cincinnati Business Courier.
