Vince Liuzzi is a professional advisory consultant and strategist who
partners with CEOs and business owners acting as an intermediary in buy,
sell and merger transactions. By drawing on more than 30 years in the
commercial banking financial services industry, Vince applies business
strategies in his consultation that are vital for businesses to be successful in
diverse economic cycles. His keen understanding of the skills required to
manage transition while maintaining a sharp focus on retention and
engagement, sales strategy and financial performance metrics drives
significant shareholder value and owner benefit.
As the top senior executive leading multiple large bank mergers with both
super regional and community banks across the country, he has
successfully guided employees, customers, key stakeholders, and
owners/shareholders through ownership transfers often facilitating change
to business and operating strategies. This broad, diverse experience
enables Vince to effectively advise CEOs and business owners on strategic
exit plans while identifying the optimal buyer for their business.
Acknowledged as an authentic executive leader, Vince understands the
importance of community service and support in connection with business
success and outcomes. As part of his commitment to care for some of the
most vulnerable in the community, Vince currently serves on the Board of
Directors and Program Committee for the Salvation Army of Greater
Cleveland, a community benefits and service organization he has held
leadership positions with for more than 10 years. He has held similar
positions with Catholic Social Services of Philadelphia, the United Way
Campaign of Greater Los Angeles, and the Chester County Community
Economic Development Center. His leadership involvement and
philanthropy also include support of the Los Angeles Jewish Home for the
Aging, Community Housing Resources Agency and the Philadelphia Urban
Affairs Coalition.
Vince is a graduate of University of Washington Pacific Coast Banking
School. He is a certified sales trainer for Seibel Systems, a member of the
International Business Brokers Association, and a Certified Franchise
Consultant (CFC) with the International Franchise Professionals Group.
Vince resides in suburban Cleveland with his wife of 35 years Jacqueline.
They enjoy travel, outdoor activity, art and culture and participation in local
community events.
