Business Advisor - Martin has more than 25 years' experience in the trading and sale of financial derivatives and in business advisory. His experience at Goldman Sachs included supporting institutional clients in hedging their interest rate and currency risk. He then managed his own hedge fund in Montreal and Chicago from 1997 to 2015. He then founded a trading automation and IT security firm, Financial Secure Technology. After a successful exit from his trading platform, Martin continued his career in corporate finance at the National Bank of Canada. Combining his knowledge in sales, asset management and corporate finance, he is an expert in business transfers and mergers and acquisitions. He has an extensive local and international business network across various sectors. Martin graduated from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales with a B.A.A. in Finance.
