The bakery is equipped with a 3-door, 3-level floor oven, mixer, dosing machine, beater, and laminator. The plant is capable of producing a variety of baked goods, including all types of bread, viennoiserie, and large-volume pastries. For example, in an 8-hour workday, they can produce 2,400 chocolate cakes in pastry alone.

They have a C2 room for working with meat products at temperatures below 5°C.

Federal-standard kitchen equipped with two Rational ovens, a steam pot, and a braising pan. Once the food is cooked, they use a blast cooler to prevent contamination. For example, they can produce 2,880 pasteurized bags of vacuum-packed product in eight hours.

They also have a packaging room with a sealing machine. There sealer can vacuum-seal eight bags at a time in a 20-second cycle. It is a double chamber, making it very fast.
