Aamer Chaudhary co-founded Transworld Downtown Washington DC office in 2014, after having spent over 14 years in flourishing and successful career in Corporate, Investment and Commercial Banking as SEVP and CEO Growth Capital Consulting, a Debt & Equity advisory firm based out of Washington DC. With his teams, he has successfully closed financing deals from $5 million to $900 million for middle market to large corporations nationwide, to the tune of $ 18 BN plus.

As CEO of Transworld, Aamer is responsible for the firm’s strategic planning and performance tracking, steering it in the path of growth. He also oversees all of Transworld’s deals, leading the firm’s world-class Closing team, which he continually trains and motivates to achieve exceptional results for Transworld clients while efficiently driving deals to a timely closing, effectively joining forces with all stakeholders, including attorneys, CPAs and bankers. The deals overall close rate is 91% or more. His comprehensive executive background and depth of experience in both Corporate, Investment and Commercial Banking allow him to provide practical solutions to complex deal issues, successfully helping the sellers and buyers out to meet their requirements and goals.

In addition to growing the M&A firm from scratch, Aamer has a proven track record of valuing and selling businesses across multiple industries and disciplines. Along with heading up new business development role, Aamer has intimate knowledge of the buyer landscape, ranging from Private Buyers, Private Equity Groups to Strategics. His entrepreneurial background, tenacity and deal-making expertise has helped entrepreneurs and middle-market business owners achieve a better sale price and organizational fit.
